Inspections, Closing & Move-In Day
Once your offer is accepted, we’ll move into the inspection and appraisal phase to ensure everything checks out. I’ll coordinate home inspections, help negotiate any necessary repairs, and work closely with the lender to finalize your loan.
At closing, you’ll sign the final paperwork, transfer funds, and receive the keys to your new home! I’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure the process is smooth and stress-free.
